What happens if, Buildings do not have Gutters?

If a building has no gutters, rain or moisture has no place to go and will just fall downward to the foundation of the building and there for, contribute to moisture issues in the crawl space, if you have one and create WATER DAMAGE or MOLD REMOVAL concerns.

I see quite a few homes who do not have gutters. What do you think happens, when it rains and you do not have gutters? The rain and water drops to the foundation of the building and creates water issues around the foundation of the home. Termites love moisture and this can be an invite to not only termites but also mold or water damage issues to the home.
